this week, i'll be sharing a sampling of | o p a t | posts from over the years. 
it's been fun for me to go back and see how the blog has matured and progressed. 
one of the best compliments i've received was an appreciation for the simplicity of its aesthetic. 

in the beginning, i included running narratives on the works shared. over the years 
i dismissed that, cleaned up the blog, and allowed the works to speak for themselves. 
the compliment was that the minimalism suggested a gallery, with the blog disappearing
 behind the works' beauty. i just love that. i hope you enjoy this retrospective.
